There will always be people that are extremely happy with your work & people who aren't. It's that way with any profession.. Some people mix, some people don't! I'm glad you posted this b/c I think people tend to just think of the professional, not all the work that you have to do BESIDES the photo work. As a fellow work at home mom, I can now understand completely how hard it is to get everything done! Frankly, as I've told you before, I'm amazed you can! You know we've always been very happy w/ our photos. The turnaround time for our wedding photos was kind of long, but I know you were gone & had a lot going on then too (getting married & all!). I think your baby/kid photos are THE BEST!! Oh, and prices, prints, all of that.. We've been very happy with. I don't know if any of it has changed since we came, but I just can't find anything to complain about! My guess is anything you feel 'iffy' about is maybe something you could work on improving.. but otherwise, don't stress over making EVERYONE happy b/c it's impossible!
